any of you guys/girls puked during or after a workout??I have yet to, not that i really want to but if it happens it happens. Came close a couple times, but i think bad food did that to me:P |

Rep Power: 11 | squats and deads when im giving all i got put me on the verge or puking a little bit. on heavy deads i usually puke a little in my mouth when im setting up to begin the movement. i just deal with it and take care of the bidness | |

I have never thrown up after training...but that isn't related at all to a lack of intensity. I never once threw up during two-a-days for football, and limits were pushed there. I think some people are prone to throwing up with physical exertion and some just aren't (of course there is a point where everyone would...but just like getting drunk the limits are different for each person). | |

I've never actually hurled after a workout. I've been pretty darn close tho many times with crossfit!
My big problem after workouts is hypogylcemia. It's a bitch!! | |

I have, at least 3 or 4 times.
Always after legs (once during legs) and back, never after a chest session. | |
