Yea I heard about that but haven't heard it yet. From what it sounds people thought it was funny on the forums but I didn't find it too funny because only 1% of the people will understand his joke and the others won't know what to think or believe he's being serious.

Exactly, proper bbing fans and people who workout are 'in' with the message/joke Dex showed, but to all the people who dont know bbing, they must now thing that all you do to win the Arnold is:

Train for an hour a day

Take hydroxycut pills

Don't bother posing because you're too lazy

Job done, win the Arnold.. easy stuff yeh? :unsure:

Arnold was clearly trying to get the message across that bbing and training in the gym is demanding, takes alo of focus and hard work and that its a motivating lifestyle and dex basically made out like its easy and that anyone can do it!
