well u can say its summer right now, and last yr at my gym in the summer they had the heating on full and OMG it was so fcukin HOT inside. Untill u got in the cold showers they had which they dont normally have on.

the gym owner said its meant to pump up the guys there which i understand coz there normally HUGE guys there except me and probably another 4,lol

Any1 elses gym have the heating on full in summer and how the hell do u train??:cool:

I've never heard of that. My gym is climate controlled year round. Turning the heat on in the summer seems dangerous.

HOw hot can it get in the UK.. Come to denver when it's 102* and there is no A/C . Then complain. LOL Seriously.... I know what you mean. I get nautious when it's that hot. I am in Indiana right now and don't rmrmber sweating this much.....since the last time I was here.

i was going to go on holiday this summer to Pakistan but didnt really want 2 and now im not

over there in april it was around 30+ degrees and in the summer its goin to be 80+ degrees!. If i did go ill lose hell a lot of weight and be sweating like mad.

i think its hot here when its 22 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!
