Hi, I'm a 22 year old female and I'm working on my glutes with the romanian deadlift single leg. I've been doing it for a week now and I do about 2-3 sets of 15 a day, daily. My glutes and thighs do start to hurt after the sets, which I presumed was a good thing, and I can definitely see the difference in my butt. I also heard that the deadlift makes the back stronger.
I just want to know that I'm not over-exerting myself and that I'm not damaging my back or glutes in any way if I do it as many times as I am??? I'm very pleased with the results so far but I don't want any damage to my back. I can't seem to find information on this anywhere! Also, doing it as many times as I am WILL result in toning, won't it? And it won't go flat because I've been doing it so many times?
