Darren Toma
Darren Toma is a Canadian bodybuilder and recently competed in the National Bodybuilding Championships , Masters section and came in first.
He was born on the 23rd of November in St. Boniface , Manitoba but currently lives in Vancouver. He is 5’10” and has brown eyes. He is married to Lara Toma and has a daughter names Taelore .
He is the third of 4 children.
Some of his past recent accomplishes are:
• 2004 - Canada's 5th Super Heavyweight
• 2003 - Canada's 5th Super Heavyweight
• 2002 - Canada's 5th Super Heavyweight
• 2002 - Washington State 1st Super Heavyweight
Darren was really serious about soccer and was thinking of going professional. When he was 21 it was suggested to him that he goes to the gym to improve his strength. Over a few months he learnt more and more about bodybuilding and soon became very interested.
He owns a bodybuilding business called Reflex. It sells healthy food , supplements and Clothing.
His main Bodybuilding Role models are Dorian Yates , Ronnie Coleman and Dennis James for there hard work ethic and dedication to the sport and its fans.
