I am on a super slow computer so I dont want to open those articles, but a simple fix to a weak bench press is simple start incopoarating back and tri work on an upper day kinda like a westside routine. Alot of people dont realize how much difference a strong back can make to an increase in your bench. Westside preaches 5 sets or so of back work along with that of tri work on an upper day. It is very easy to increase your bench this way. Whenever I started doing westside a while back my bench increased from 310 up to around 350 or so and that was in a 2-3 month time span.
