This is all too common and quite normal.
I noticed strength levels start to even out more when I made sure not to do more reps with one arm over the other (even if I could) and don't cheat or use less than ideal form with the weaker arm so you can do as many reps with it as the stronger one.
We tend to use the hand/arm that's the strongest to do our everyday lifting. Hell....next time you grab one bigass dumbell off the rack...take notice of which arm you grabbed it with....get my drift?
There are little things you can do about that now that you are conscious of it.
*pick shit up and grab shit with the weaker arm purposefully.
*start sets with the weaker arm purposefully (this helps me with dumbell rows tremendously in regards to grip strength.)
