Looks good to me. It's not hard to get your abs ripped. The hard part is getting the fat percentage low enough on your stomach to let those baby's shine. Almost any consistant ab routine will do the trick.

I'm sure you already knew this.

I train abs maybe 8 weeks in a year. so 24 times per year. DIET

hahah hell no i didnt pay lol, i googled it and that came up, yea my body fat is hella low just need to get muscle their, you can see them they just aint bulging out tho

Think "torso" and not "abs". I wonder if this is working the hip flexors and spinal erectors as they attach to the hips?

The torso should receive balanced work front, sides and back.

So no stabilizing movements whatsoever?

I feel sorry for that guy's rectus abdominus, there are other core muscles! Seems like a great way to create an imbalance around the hip area.

Where are the planks, for a start?

^^Yessss... He's cruising for some aches in places he doesn't want them.

The workout itself is very beginner. Don't get me wrong though, they're good moves but it's neglecting a lot. when it comes to abs just put the mind to the muscle and squeeze!
