Favorite Exercises

Alright, what is your favorite specific lift for the following muscle groups:

Pec major/minor: 45 degree Incline Dumbbell
Lats/rhomboids: T-bar rows
low back (erector spinae): Rack Pulls
Traps: Behind the Back Barbell Shrugs
Delts: Overhead Presses
Biceps: Barbell Curls
Triceps: Close-grip bench
Quads: FULL ON DEADS BABY(haha...at the moment its leg extensions with no weight)
Hamstrings: Stiffy's
Calves: seated calf raises

Lats/rhomboids: long bar rows
low back (erector spinae): deadlifts
Traps: DB shrugs
Delts: standing Overhead Presses
Biceps: barbell curls
Triceps: weighted dips
Quads: squats
Hamstrings: Stiffy's
Calves: standing calf raise machine

Lats/rhomboids: Kipping pullups
low back (erector spinae): DB Swings
Traps: Cleans
Delts: Push Press
Biceps: Chins
Triceps: Ring dips again
Quads: Front Squats
Hamstrings: Deads, DUH
Calves: Sprints
Core: Knees to Elbows or turkish getups

cleans are great for traps (if done right ). Olympic lifters always have exceptional traps. I can't wait to do them again!

Lats/rhomboids: Lately, Cable pull downs
low back (erector spinae): Deadlifts
Traps: Dumbell Shrugs
Delts: Dumbell lateral raises
Biceps: Hammer Curls or Preacher curls (it's close)
Triceps: Close-grip bench
Quads: Lately, it's been leg press
Hamstrings: Stiffy's
Calves: Standing calf raises

Actually,most of it is done everyday but my favorite would be Biceps: Barbell Curls.It makes me feel more relax and fit.

low back (erector spinae): Rack Pulls
Traps: Behind the Back Barbell Shrugs
Delts: Laterals

Triceps: Slow Press downs
Quads: BIKE!!!!
Hamstrings: BIKE!!!
Calves: BIKE!!! and seated calf raises

Lats/rhomboids: pull ups
low back (erector spinae): leg up on exercise ball - have to hold it still for 1 min
Traps: barbell shrugs
Delts: lateral raises
Biceps: curls
Triceps: Slow Press downs
Quads: squats
Hamstrings: stiffy's
Calves: standing calf raises

i like to run a mile on the treadmill or outsidee..and try and beat my mile time everytimee.
and drink lots of water and eat your fruits and veggies.

Pec major/minor: Flat Bench Press Using the Olympic Bar.
Lats/rhomboids: Wide Grip Pulldown.
Lower back (erector spinae): Hyperextensions.
Traps: Bentover Barbell Shrugs.
Delts: Overhead Dumbell Presses / Cable Side Lat. Raises (Can't Decide).
Biceps: Preacher Curls With The EZ Bar.
Triceps: Skull Crushers.
Quads: Squats (Narrow Squats & Sumo Squats).
Hamstrings: Stiff Leg Dead lifts.
Calves: Standing Calf Raise, On A Smith Machine.

Just taught i'd add in:

Abs:Captains Chair Leg Raises.

Pushups. Pushups while rolling a medicine ball hand to hand. If i'm too lazy to train my upper body too long i do these.
