Im 6,2 Foot.
At the lowest point of deadlift, by back rounding a little bit.
Should i go the whole way down or just put some wait under the bar, that i dont have to go to far down.
It looks like that:

If you do indeed use 45 plates and your back still rounds, reaaaally try to push your hips out so your back gets a nice arch. If you squeeze your lower back and hips as hard as you can and your back is still rounded, you can do this method:
Start with the bar on the blocks (or other plates), at the height where your back doesn't round. Work on your lower back arch in that position. Between workouts, stretch your hamstrings, abductors and adductors. As you start getting more flexible, lower the starting position and work on keeping your arch. When you get flexible enough, you can start with the bar on the floor with your back perfectly straight.
Keep in mind, this guy is 6'3'' |

My trainer suggested i dont touch dead lifts for a bit because i cant flex properly for it, and alsoo my whole life i walked a bit with a slouch. So now i focus on walking with my back straight. And im doing excercises to become more flexibale |
