abdominal routine

I have a nice 6 pack going on but i really looking for a exercise routine for kinda of a body builder ab look.

I just do the ab exersises i learned from the
8 minute ab video and try to do

500 crunches in 5 minutes every day to every other
day. plus other ab exersises holding a 85-100 lb dumbell and do 4 sets of 15 of sit ups.

I do crunches on an incline bench. As I adjust I raise incline and then I add some small weights on top of abdomen also. you can increase weights as you go.

I never do abs either. You need a strong core however, but that doesnt come from crunches and situps, it comes from supporting heavy squats and deads. Only issue is if you are trying to squat with a weak core. Try planks and they lead to weighted planks, try hypers, try supermans, try birdogs.....etc.
