Hey everyone, as most of you know im still a little beginer to the workout world. So pretty much im asking for some help to create a plan for me. Right now ive just been working out 5 days a week and trying to remember what i did last so i know what to do that day. But i dont think this is a good idea.
Im looking for help to make a good workout plan to Bulk my muscles for a few months. Im still pretty small and want to get bigger before i cut.
I currently on a high protien diet. I dont take creatine or anything else other then Protien shakes and the occasion Energy Drink before a workout.
So if anyone can help me make a bulk Workout that would be great. Thanks
