Rep Power: 101 | Bench press, no bench? Is it just as effective to do the original bench press on the floor without the bench?
At my house I don't have a bench, so I just lay flat on the floor.
Is this bad? |

Do them the way you are, and yo may notice more development in your triceps, more than your chest. Until you get a way to do a real bench press, you can do what you're doing after you do push ups between chairs. Do them with your feet elevated, and dipping deep between chairs. |

Use what you have.
As long as you're stimulating your muscle, and offering intense contractions, you should be ok. |
