I am trying to get this fat off me, and i am looking for a website that will show me how many calories i burn in a week/day so i can get a better judgement on what i need to do to get this ball moving faster.

This is what I found
Activity Calories burned
Situps / crunches - vigorous 132
Lifting weights - vigorous 601
Total Calories Burned 733

Does that seem right for 60min of lifting and 10min of ab work?

Some website, I couldnt find the site in my histroy, I think I did this at home.... (at work now)

find it hard to believe + Vigorous would also be know as Nausiating. I bike 1 hour and burn around 600 cals. Not PLEASURE biking

But...find the site...it would be interesting to see.

I'm 174 pounds and it gave me a basic figure of 1532 cals burned for what I did a couple days ago which is okay I guess.

Only problem I have with it is that it's a very basic one and doesn't take into account a lot of other factors I'd deem important when calculating calorie burn amounts.

Variables such as weight over a given distance at a particular rate would be relatively accurate for running; but other things on there, e.g. how many calories you burn during sex (foreplay) vs sex (intercourse), or shopping/showering is going to vary quite a bit; and yet this design would state an equal caloric burn for two equally weighted individuals.

The disclaimer on the site also states:

'...no guarantee is made that the results are accurate. The health tools use ...algorithms...or simple mathematical equations.'

I did learn however, that 2 minutes of brushing my teeth this morning burned off an estimated 6 calories.
