Hey guys, I'm ~140 give or take from day to day. I have an extremely fast metabolism, and my dad says it won't slow down until about 22-23, I'm 20 right now. I have pretty much a beer belly going on, and i'm slender, so pretty much I'm not the most attractive guy.
I don't want to be extremely ripped, or humongous muscles, but I would like to know the best and simplest/cheapest methods possible to put some muscle on my arms, and how many situps I should do a day to get a 4/6 pack, and how to perform a competely accurate situp.
(cant post a picture of myself, but, I'm pretty damn skinny for 6 FT)

Also if you could, what a fair diet would be to help promote a more healthy body with workouts.
As much advice as possible would be highly appreciated.
