When I first got it I read the directions where it stated take 1-3 tablets and let it dissolve under tongue or cheek. I started out with 1 tab, and put it under my tongue and couldn't stand the taste. If you put it on your cheek the taste isn't as bad. I noticed no effects from using 1 tab. On Monday I took 2 tabs on my way to the gym, about half way into my workout I was a little more alert, and noticed that I wasn't getting as tired as I normally do. I will take 3 tabs tomorrow on my way to the gym and report back. Taste- i had the cafe mocha flavor it tasted great, would recommend if you like coffee.
Protein per serving- 25g only crappy part about it is that its low per serving

Would i buy again??- yes it is cheap IMO and tastes great again IMO

the only con is that it has low protein, so i use 2 scoops
