Back then
Bench 275
Deadlift 405
Squat 275
145 lbs

Now
Bench 225
Deadlift 315
Squat 175
140 lbs
This is after 2 months of training. Anyone else quit for a long period of time and started up again and have reached higher overall numbers? Currently struggling with grip strength and bottom half of the bench press.
