like quick said maybe try giving yourself one cheat meal per day...where you pick one food you want and eat a little bit of it. Keep it away from your bed time though.

Okay... so I'm down to 263lbs.(as of a week ago) and i am running in the 7-7.5 mile range. so i have made some progress, even though my diet has sucked. i want to be 220 by the time summer is over.

Okay... now i'm down in the 230lb range. It's just a matter of time before I'm not a fatass anymore. But for some reason, I can't run as far as i could when i was like 275! Weird....
