Rep Power: 526 | fat loss progress so far. i lost 33 lbs since january
i started at 326(i quit using adderall and gained 75lbs. all i could do was eat and sleep.) i weigh 293 now and can run over a mile. my goal is to get to 235 and be able to run 5 miles!!!!!!! |

Rep Power: 526 | Re: fat loss progress so far. i ran 3.1 miles the other day! a HUGE accomplishment for me! i might reach that 5 mile goal before june. im done another few pounds as well. id be losing more if i didn't have a shit diet. no running today though. i got my wisdom teeth removed. i feel fine but i don't want to shake the stitches loose. |

Rep Power: 107397 | Re: fat loss progress so far. Clean it up BK. It sucks but it's worth it. Just remember eating even 80% clean is better then eating 100% shitty. If you need one cheat meal a day and can eat 4 clean meals it's better then eating crap all day.
Great job on 3.1 miles though! I doubt I can run that far. |
