There is no "best" cardio. There is High Intensity (HIT) and Low Intensity cardio (LIT). There is also High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
HIIT is your best bet for burning fat, but you definitly don't want to do it everyday. Do a search on HIIT and you'll find quite a bit of information on it.
Low Intensity is second when you're refering to fat loss, keeping the heart rate around 130 bpm...
High Intensity will burn the calories, but there is a great possibility you will be burning muscle as well. | |

Jacobs ladder is TUFF!!!! They also have one that is verticle!!!!
Peddle a bike 14 miles uphill!!! that's the best cardio... Oh yeah at 6500ft above sea level!!!!
