Rep Power: 1 | Lose weight 13 years old Well, im 13 years old, and im really trying to loss my fat i weigh about 130 pounds, i mean im willing to go on a diet, i just cant find any good diets to go on, im willing to try pretty much anything to lose this fat. |

Post you daily diet for a week....that will give us a base line to start w/. |

They'll encourage you to be more active by playing ball (what ever sport) with you year round. |

We have our successful people in here (one trains marshall mathers - EMINEM, one owns Edge Nutrition, we have a DEA agent that has a show on SPIKE) but all of them are family guys and are a solid 15 years older than myself. |

Just lay off of all the fast food and junk (just like 1q1 said). You know what's good and what's not. I would also recommend wrestling. You workout muscles you'd never be able to hit in the gym and at the same time go through some pretty grueling workouts. |
