I am eating 60 below maintaince, with weights 3 days a week followed by 30min of walking. 2 days a week I am going HIIT. Should i drop the HIIT and cut the calories back to say 200 below?

For what purpose? Does it hurt when you do HIIT? Are you sick?

shin splints are fucking me over. I am gonna try doing HIIT on something other then running, what about the elliptical?

Its been 12 weeks and I am down to 205. I am wondering if I should cut the crabs back a bit (100g). They are currently at 120g per day.........any input?

I am down to 201 and need to change my diet around a bit. As of right now...
930 Gym Post workout shake 50 pro 40 carb

Meal 1 same macros as above

Meal 2 same macros as above 40 carbs 50 pro the rest is irrelevant

Macros for the day are....300 pro, 120 carbs, and 50 fat
My question is should I drop the carbs to 80 or 100 per day? I am currently hitting the gym 5 days a week, 3 days are weights and cardio while the other 2 days are HIIT and abs. I am thinking 80g carbs with some broccoli. Anyone have any input?

Your carbs look fine for cutting. I would only lower your carbs when you stop making progress. if you lost 2lbs last week that's great.

ehh if you look at it I was 203 on the 21st today is the 2nd and I am down 2lbs not even.

Still great progress. Remember ideally you are aiming for 1lb loss a week to maximize muscle retention. 1.5 - 2lbs is typically the max. 2lbs in 10 days is not bad man. Most people need to cut for 12-16 weeks. Contest prep takes even longer. Be patient. 1-2lbs a week is great progress, especially if you're burning fat and maintaining muscle.

I wasnt really measuring the carbs with a measuring cup, I would just dump them into the coffee grinder which is about 3/4 cup packed full. But today I dumped some in and then threw it in the measuring cup and it was only 1/2 cup, which is what I was doing. So, I am going to do the 80g and add the broccoli, which should still put me at 100carbs. Or do you think other wise?
