Here's the deal.. I'm only able to get to the gym 2 days a week with my new school schedule. Fall's going to kick my ass because I'll have night classes too.
Here's my workout throughout the next few months. It's a full body for 2 days per week. I'll add any iso work at home as necessary for any lagging muscles. This plan is more for maintenance. As always, I'll swap between BB and DB, flat and incline, etc.
Superset 1: (2 x 8-10)
Bench Press / Tri Dips
Superset 2: (2 x 8-10)
Lat Pull Dn / Chin up
Superset 3: (2 x 8-10)
Overhead Press / Upright Rows
Squat or Box Stepups (2 x whatever I'm able to do. bad knee, remember?)
Superset 4: (2 x 8-10)
Leg Ext.
Leg Curl
Superset 5:
Planks
Crunch Variation
