okie im going ot make this shOrt and fast................

i staRted working on my legs agian on sunday ...todays tesday now..... i was going to train them legs again today but i was told to wait 2 days now! i use TO train em three times a week... mon,wed,fri. every second day. but my main goal is to get bulk adn big there (build some muscle) so my man is telling me to wait another day becasue i told him my legs are mucm more sore today then yesturday............. so with that said...... do i wait one more day untill this soreness goes away? meaning let the muslce heal and let it breaak again tomorrow ??? let me know if im wrong ....... feed back asap...... need to go to the gym sooooooooonnnnnn......

the rule of thumb is 48 hours. but if you're sore, do what you can without straining too badly. remember, you are sore because of micro-tears in the muscle.

warm up an a spin bike for 15-20 minutes first, then train. 3X/wk will grow some legs, and you will be much weaker on Fri than Mon. ZGo w/ how you and your body feels. M.W.F will be fine

It depends on the volume you are using on those 3 days. Alot of volume could lead to over training very quickly.

Ageed!! I would do maybe 8 sets. Squats let's say. Heavy day 6-10 reps, then light day 15-20 reps, etc. training 3X/wk will be VERY taxing on the system also eat right and make sure you are rested. I wouldn't do this for more than a month at a time.
