hello malley, interesting name.
I live in edwardsville and do Personal training wherever I can work it out.
I teach Tae Kwon do classes at "The Boxing Gym" here in edwardsvile.
I train at the club Fitness in Collinsville and at various locations all over STL.
I also own an unrelated business in hazelwood so I am in the north county area every day.
I usually work with people at my gym or sometimes at their gym depending upon what kinds of arranagements can be worked out with management.
I can also do bodybuilding personal training at the Boxing gym as we have some basic strength training equipment.
