Do you guys use weightlifting gloves? or just use my hands?
This machine dual hand axis, workouts your middle back, kinda tears my palms whenever i use it. Well i don't use the handles, I grip the steel bars behind the handles, my max in it is 10 reps of 210lbs, 10 reps of 110lbs of the advanced movement, the advanced movement is moving the two bars away from your head rather than just bringing it down. I can do about 5 sets per day, i can do more if i want to fuck up my palms.
