Sloppy joes recipe (variation)

1lb ground turkey
2 10oz can alphabet soup
3/4-1C bullseye BBQ sauce (for lower sugar use KC masterpiece classic blend and add some slenda to taste after everything is added together)
3 slices of onion cut in half
pam spray
1 package whole wheat hamburger buns

brown turkey and drain off excess liquid in a large pan, add two cans of alphabet soup and the BBQ sauce, mix well and simmer on low heat. While simmering, in a small pan spray pan and saute onion slices then add to sloppy joes and mix in and simmer for 15minutes. stir occasionally.

this might not sound good but tastes great, This is one of my favorites
