Strikers Morning Shake

Striker's Morning Breakfast Shake

What you need:
1 1/4 Cup Milk
3 Ice Cubes
1 Scoop of Whey
1 Packet of Oatmeal
1 Banana
A Blender

Steps:
First - Add Milk to Blender
Second - Add Ice Cubes to Blender
Third- Add your dry packet of oatmeal
Fourth - Throw in that whey!
Last - Chop up a banana and throw it in as well.

Carbohydrates: 83 g
Sugar: 46 g
Protein: 41 g

Scoop of Whey

Calories From Fat: 3 g
Total Fat: <1 g
Cholesterol: 8 mg
Carbohydrates: 1 g
Sugar: 0 g
Protein: 25 g

1 1/4 Cup Milk
Calories: 125
Calories From Fat: 25
Total Fat: 3.125 g
Cholesterol: 12.5 mg
Carbohydrates: 15 g
Sugar: 15 g
Milk: 10 g

Oatmeal
Calories: 160
Calories From Fat: 20
Total Fat: 2 g
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Carbohydrates: 33 g
Sugar: 13 g
Protein: 4 g

1 Banana
Calories: 133
Calories From Fat: 4
Total Fat: 0 g
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Carbohydrates: 34 g
Sugar: 18 g
Protein: 2 g

3 Ice Cubes:
Calories: 0
Calories From Fat: 0
Total Fat: 0 g
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Carbohydrates: 0 g
Sugar: 0 g
Protein: 0 g

Well that sums it up guys, I definitely recommend this for as soon as you get up. It has a great amount of carbohydrates just what you need in the morning!

but is ur whey flavoured or not? if not wudnt ur shake taste bad because u dont have any flavouring???

I say that looks pretty damn tasty. I think flavoured-whey protein tastes crappy anyway and you can't compare artificial flavourings to the real thing in fruits in terms of nutrition or taste. Ever.
