So I have a lot of recipes that I've come accross/created/modified and I wanted to make a thread to share all of them. Some of them you've probably seen before but I just felt like sharing what I like to eat.
You will notice that I am a cinnamon and artificial sweetener addict. Forgive me.

If you don't like artificial sweeteners then that's fine, but a lot of these recipes rely heavily on them.
The Ezekiel bread I will mention:

The Calorie Free Syrups:
Chocolate Syrup Pancake Syrup
(A * means it is an optional ingredient)
Oatmeal Pancakes/Waffles Total Calories: 475
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tsp Baking Powder*
8 Packets Equal*
<1/4 Cup Calorie Free Pancake Syrup*
Cinnamon to taste*
Blend the dry ingredients until a close to fine powder is formed, then add all else. (Even the syrup) Cook either in a waffle iron or on a skillet.
French Toast Total Calories: 115
1 Slice Ezekiel Bread (Any bread will work, but I really love the health benefits and taste of this bread)
1/4 Cup Egg whites
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 Packets Equal
Mix all ingredients except the bread on a plate. Dip bread in mixture until thoroughly saturated and then cook on a skillet.
Cottage Cheese and Peanut Butter Total Calories: About 350
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
Cinnamon to Taste
Equal to Taste
Mix and enjoy.
Blended Frozen Coffee Total Calories: 60
1/2 Cup 1% Milk
1 Cup Coffee
Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
8 Packets Equal
Lots of Ice
Blend everything but the ice first until slightly frothy, then add the ice and blend.
Best Oatmeal Ever Total Calories: 150
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
3 Packets Equal
Calorie Free Maple Syrup
Cook the oatmeal the way you prefer and then add the other ingredients.
