If you're looking for a Russian-type meal this is great! It's not what I would term "healthy" but it's definitely not bad for you. It's a great source of Cals and carbs in a very small quantity if that is what you're looking for.
Water 12 Cups
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Medium egg noodles 7 Cups
Cooking Oil 1 tsp.
Lean ground beef 1lb (454g)
Can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 284mL (1 whole can)
Milk 1 Cup
Dry onion soup mix 2 tbsp.
Sour cream 1/2 Cup
Add water and salt into pot and bring to boil. Add noodles and boil uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender. Drain noodles, and return to same pot covering to keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat in large frying pan cooking oil on medium-high heat. Add ground beef. Fry for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain and reduce heat to medium.
Stir next 3 ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Add to beef. Cook for ~5 minutes, stirring occasionally until boiling and thickened.
Add sour cream and noodles. Stir well.

so like I said, it's not "healthy" but it's not too bad for you, and is PACKED full of cals. I just made it (I got a recipe book for Christmas because I hate cooking, lol) and this was the first thing I made from it and was very impressed with it.
