Here is a simple recipe.
boneless chicken breasts
olive oil - use extra virgin type
garlic minced - 1/2 teaspoon per pound of meat or to taste
Italian seasoning spice - usually found by other bottled spices
Cover chicken with olive oil, 1/4 cup for 1 to 2 pounds of meat. Microwave covered, on high for 10 minutes. Add remaining items and microwave on high 5 to 10 minutes more, checking after 5 to see if still any pink color in center of meat. Cook until all pink is gone. The cooking time might be slightly different since microwaves do vary in their power output.
