You got a nearby costco store? Costco pizzas are the freshest, they use a different cheese. I think it's 100% healthy, 30% wheat, 30% veggies and 30% meat

Re: Pizza

I'm sorry buddy. I was going to say to just go to CPK, but you dont have one there. Visit this website Innovative Pizzas on the menu | California Pizza Kitchen

Maybe the pizza menu will give you some ideas. If you have access to wheat flour, you can find recipes for whole wheat pizza dough.

Re: Pizza

Bro, you dont have a cheat day in your diet plan? Stick to your diet like glue, then take one day, or if it feels better for you..... one meal, and just eat what you want. This keeps us balanced, and keeps us from feeling like our diet routine is overbearing.

Re: Pizza

Heres the recipe

Pizza crust:

2 cups of oat flour
1 cup of warm water
1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil

1. mix the yeast, water, and honey in a mixing bowl and let the yeast activate for about 10 minutes.
2. add the oil and the flour (I had to use more than 2 cups) mix it and then knead it for about 5 minutes.
3. bake in a 450 F oven for 5-7 minutes
4. add the toppings and cook for another 10 minutes until the crust is fully cooked.

I put beef sausage, olives, pineapple, healthy pizza sauce, and I drained cottage cheese and used it as cheese.

The sausage recipe for the sausage:

1 pound ground beef (I used 4% fat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon of sage
1/4 teaspoon of basil
1/4 teaspoon of oregano

1. mix it all together in a bowl and cook in a large pan on medium heat. (cut it up into little chunks while cooking so you can put it on the pizza)

I thought the sausage was really good but the whole pizza was just nasty.
