Yogurt sundae

1. toast 1/4 cup of oats in a pan with a dash of Cinnamon.(you want it to be kinda crispy)

2. mix 1 cup of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey together.

3. cut up about a cup of fruit. I like banana and grapes.

4. spoon half the yogurt into a sundae dish or small bowl, put the toasted oats with Cinnamon on next, add the rest of the yogurt, and then add the fruit.
