Breakfast

All you need is oats, eggs, A pan/wok, oil, plate and a topping...

1. Mix 8-10 egg whites (1 or 2 yolks too) with your oats (60g or so),

2. Heat the oil in your pan/wok on a medium heat,

3. Pour your mixture from 1 into the pan and leave it for about 10-15 mins flip and serve onto your plate,

4. Add your toppings...

Few choices:
(a) Plain yogurt and some fruit,
(b) Almond Butter,
(c) Cheese,
(D) Sugar free syrup.
etc....

It has everything you need to start the day and tastes damn good

See I have it all ready so I put it on when i get up then by the time i'm ready its done... i cook all my food in advance too except this... you don't have to have it for breakfast try it for lunch or somethin, it does fill ye tho...

You'll ned more than 5 to make the Mr Universe. Raw eggs are also harder to digest.
