At this point in my life I am extremely dedicated to lifting, My diet is like meal replacement shakes, anything high in protein like tuna, chicken, meat, cottage cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, milk, turkey, lots of water of course, broccoli, bannanas or fruits, some other things but I forget..mostly this though! I can eat any of it plain to because I don't give a flyin' f*** LOL, and i've become used to it

I play basketball to keep active, and run to help when I cut...for me it does help! Thanks for the welcome, and I'll try to post on here much as I can!!
