The music is a bit loud, sry

This was taken on the 11th of this month, and I think this was my 9th set, my current routine has me doing squats for 10 sets of 3.

Thx man. I always try to use good form. I'm not the type to increase weight at the expense of form, like many people I've seen at school and such.

Lol all the nautilus machines are actually my mom's friend's machines. He has no room for them (theres 8!) so he asked if we could hold them for him. He said we can use them tho I don't use them much, but my mom loves them. Everything else is mine though

Thx wala. I had to get the 3rd it was my last rep of my last set! Being able to push myself like that is why I love working out!

thx man. I think the main problem with most kids my age is that they let their ego get in the way! I live by the saying "Leave your ego at the door". If you do it wrong, why even bother doing it at all?

1.) very very nice form

a few pointers:

2.) dont rack the bar behind u. the bar MUST be at the front.

3.) ur depth on rep 2 wasnt so good. work on that.

4.) ur hammies need to be strengthened along with ur glutes. try GHRs for this.

dude, ur squat was ****ing good and i liked it. u train better than most people so hats off to u!!!
