Many people ask me what the shake is I make. Its similar to many that alot of guys make, people just throw in different things and have different amounts.
This is my version of a cool meal replacement type shake thats virtually 100% natural (unlike weight gainers from supp companies) I have this for my breakfast as its very easy and quick to make which is great for in the morning when I'm busy getting ready for work!
I call it a Wala Shake simply to refer to the 'shake' I drink when I refer to it in conversation on here. A few people said they wanna see it made.. So here you go
Though I cant understand why anyone wanted to 'see' a vid of a protein shake being made, I loved the music.
Oh and whered you get that sink? I want a sink with a cheese grater attached too!
I suppose some people think making a shake is hard work with all the stuff you have to put in and using a blender etc... so simply seeing one being made lets you see how easy it is

I'm sorry Andy....I'm in a goofy mood.....lack of sleep. You can use milk for sure....BUT becarefull not to make the shake too many cal's. 600-700 cals at MAX! Hey buddy have a great weekend!!
