Michael inspired me to post these up, and I just took them today. Today was also my first day back in the gym after a week off, and I'm doing an upper/lower 2x a week split that malley posted in his training sticky. I'm currently cutting, trying to do it slowly. I'm seeing some progress so far, as my stomach region is getting a little leaner and my back is becoming more defined. I'm starting to see veins as well, and that is always a good sign!
Anyway, here are the pictures. I'll get leg pics up tomorrow, but so far what does it look like I need to work on?
