I took second in the masters 45-49
Yhis was a tough class. the guy that beat me had a bit more size. He used to be 300lbs and a power lifter, then switched to higher reps as his knees were done.
As far as the Novice class!! DAAYYYUMMM These guys were in seriouse shape. 11 in the calss and the guy that won that class took the overall. He looked perfect. I'll try to find some pics of him. I might have placed 6th...don't know as the results aren't posted and I didn't feel like waiting 2 more hours to find out. I was beat and felt like shit. Was still pretty wiped out yesterday. feel back to normal today.
