My attempt at 465 squats a few months back. Need to extend my range, but my back stability is improving. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aK7K8PjafQ0
And a bi burnout vid from last week. Was looking for my bad form habits when I get tired at the end of the workout. YouTube - Light Biceps Curls - Burnout set with 30's - June 2009 |

Squat looked goos, just a bit shallow, but still damn good. For Bis...I would start doing a lot of preacher work. It will help pop the peak. Nice form on your Bi vid. Preachers are just about all I do.
What Gym is that?? |

What Gym is that?? | I hope it is worth it. It is some ass busting work and the dissertation hasn't started yet. LOL. Hadn't noticed, but most of those pics are from visits back east (My mom has been VERY sick. Will not live the year prob, so I have been back there as much as I can. They have a great set up to watch for tho. Full length mirrors on 3 walls, its what gave me the idea to film.)
Yeah, the squats were shallow. I had not gone that heavy since I hurt my back, and it was in my head. Looking back, and having gone to 495 since, I could have gone to a solid parallel. Gotten a lot of advise to start wrapping my knees at 5 plates, but don't know if I should.
You have a preference as to preacher style? I have tried out at least all the ones I can find, but my form is a little off somewhere. I never seem to get a solid hit on them from the seated benches. The couple of places with Scott benches, I feel it a lot more. Quote:

On Squats....don't worry about the weight. Back injuries never really heal and trust me they will bite you right in the Boo Boo. Just keep unedr 300 and do strict reps and more reps. 15's and 20's. PAIN!!!
Hope your Mom gets better.!!

as Quick said....SICK CALVES you bastard!!! | Thanks again, BG. For quads right now I am hitting single leg squats pretty hard. It's been a nice change up, but i do LOVE high rep squatting. Gotta LOVE that sickening pain.
If you do not care, send me a good preacher based bi's workout. It really sounds like a great change for me, but how to structure it is new to me. Last time I tried that, I wound up with fukn tennis elbow for 3 months. Quote:
