OK gents (and ladies), I'm new here.
This is me at 193lbs, Jan 1st this yr I was 235lbs.
I'm also 44 yrs old and 6ft2.
I've been wondering roughly what my BF% is, I was measured 6 months ago weighing 217lbs and it said 26%. I'm hoping it's alot better.
I won't get upset if I'm not happy with what anyone replies with, it either motivates me to get to where I want to be, or drives me toward the next set of goals.. Just wondering if those who are more knowledgeable about the subject than me will give an opinion as to where they think I am.
My training is at my local gym. I have two personal trainer sessions each week (these followed by a rest day), two cardio / random strength stuff and a body pump class.
I'm enjoying the journey..
