- I just turned 30, and think it is long overdue that I get a properly tracked workout/diet. I've worked out for 13 years, wasted a better part of the first five years with no results. Made great gains during a dedicated 3 year stint, and have been simply maintaining since (fell off for a little while during my Master's, also lost a lot of weight during a 2 yr boxing stint wherein I trained purely for speed and endurance~since I already had enough strength for a good knockout).
I always came back and hit the iron hard, eating healthy, yet without the discipline that I will require in order to make maximal efficiency of my time in the gym.
So here I am, joining a forum to do just that, time for hyper-drive. I am currently cut, 175-180lbs, just over 6ft; and have a 6 month goal to make it to a cut 180-185+ (doing a trip to Thailand and Cambodia then, would love to look good on the beaches there). - Location
