I missed you write this thread Ali... but I didn't miss the program!

The 17 year old looked about my size! but ripped too.

the girl was a waste of time, she seemed to want to do it for the wrong reasons - I dont think she even realised she's gonna have to take steroids to get how she intends. her dad i've seen before on a similar type program about old bodybuilders - he was 60! and looked good.

and young 13 year old was spot on! had everything written down, just like i did when i first started - but he started 10 years before me! lol well done to that guy

13 year old is benching more than me, i could do 60kgs but i dropped coz i had stopped training for a while.........

I get up bout 8 and have fish and a rice cake

Then at 10 I 'av .. fish.

Then for me 12 o'clock meal, I 'av fffish and rice cake.

Then for me pre workout meal I 'av erm.... erm.. ffish.

then after me workout, I have .. erm.. ffffish. Oh and a rice cake

then for me 8 o'clock meal, i'll 'av fish and rice cake

and then for me last meal before bed, i'l 'av... erm... erm.. ffffish
