our history books go in detail of the revolutionary war and how Gen. Cornwallis surrendered at yorktown. I've always wondered how your history books were written, do they go in detail about it like ours do??
I assume you are talking about something to do with the American war of independence?
Sorry, I was never taught anything at all about it at school! I don't think it is taught much anywhere over here, but I reckon there are probably a few modules relating to it in some GCSE or A level qualifications, it's just that the teachers don't pick it as a topic I guess.
