I dont......whats to miss? Poor advice and lack of kowledge. As people they were both ok, but Kal was a fraud. BH was a cool guy, but just took things to far a few times and we couldnt have that here. | |

nah idc about knowledge wise but Kal and I talked a lot not just about working out and Big Hump was one of the first people I met on this site when it opened up. | |

Striker, like you I also liked them both and they were here when the site opened... but things changed. As Malley said, Kal was a fraud and it was like he had a split personallity! He agreed not to ever come here agian (admitting he was very much in the wrong with all the things he did)
And BH, well I don't even need to go there.. he got perma banned for a reason... | |
