For those of you that didn't know, I've been in my back garden for thew last 3 or so weeks tidying it up.
I should have taken a picture of it before I mowed it just to show you actually how terrible it looked!!!
These are the before pics and video, at this stage all I'd really done was cut the grass the night before which was about 1ft tall! lol That's why the grass is looking quite brown instead of green!
My dad in the pic there
And more of my dad helping me chop these crazy big leaves up!
Here are the latest pics of the garden since I've done my stuff.
I've tidied all the boarders up, weeded them and got rid of any old shrubs and bushes etc. The grass is looking alot greener than about 3 weeks ago when I started!! Got alot more to go before it's all cleared up and looking nice and tidy and neat.
And here's the one of me with my gardening gear It has sun glare tho and the colour went a bit funny!
Here's some advice. rent a power sprayer. 1700 psi or more. Power wash the fence and then find a light colored stain. 2 gallons should be enough. Buy a pump sprayer, like one for spraying for bugs. They are like $15-20. And spray the fence. It will look brand new. Just did my mom's 20 year old deck and it looks Awesome.

Good idea BGs. But, the fence on the left has never been painted so that will be ok, the fence at the back and to the back end of the right side has also never been painted and that horrible looking old fence on the right toward the front of the house is coming down and will be replaced with pretty much the same panels and concrete posts that are on the left hand side
Once we get the new fences up for the right hand side I'm gonna paint it all.
