How the hel can that possibly be murder when those poor parents just decided they couldn't cope with the death of another child? I fully sympathise with them!
She was only eight weeks gone, and to be quite honest, in her position, I'd have done the same thing. I have kids, and I can't imagine losing one of them - the very thought of one of my kids dying before me, it's abhorrent to me.
But to lose one and almost lose the second... That's got to be soul destroying.
