I really don't care that she didn't mean any disrespect, this isn't the time to spread her "black pride". This is the time to show respect for your country, and countrymen, white or black, or any other country in between.(those that have citizenship that is...)If you're supposed to sing the national anthem, sing the fucking national anthem.

and hell, i'll just throw this story in here. I really don't mean to read the news...it finds me!

I just heard about these two stories today on the way back from Hollywood today. Because I take painstaking strides at not speaking about religion on message boards, I will not comment on the muslim story but everybody stood to their feet, removed their hat, put their hand over their heart, and then heard the beloved tune to the American National Anthem while hearing an 1899 poem by a black slave put in the place of the words. I agree with you. We are losing our culture in America and it saddens me. I can't talk about this anymore. Some people just dont get it brother. Love it or leave it.

Wonder what would happen if I sang a "White" national anthem! These are the type of people that do not deserve to live in this country. I hear Zimbabwe is nice this time of year!!!!
