Wow. I've had many, many people ask me if I was ever sponsored as a skateboarder. I used to be a skater and when I got married I dropped it. I still got it though. I can still do the tricks I used to do. I've ollied off of things that were as high as a house. I've "ollie impossibled" off many stair cases and over big planters. I've ollied 2 trash cans stacked on top of eachother off of a ramp that was as high as a curb. I've skated with Ray Barbee, Frankie Hill, Guy Mariano, Keith and Joe Gruber, Tom Knox, Jesee Paez, Karma Toscheff, and Lance Mountain. My teenage daughter has her friends keep their skateboards at my house when they skate them to school. Sometimes I go out and display some fancy footwork and dazzle the teenagers with their skinny pants, safety pins, Linkin Park shirts, and black mop heads. Yes, I've been asked many times if I was ever sponsored..........
.......... But tonight when I went to GNC, I was asked by the worker there (who was very nice, helpful, and friendly) if I was sponsored by any supplement company.
Deffinately a first. I guess that means that I need to enter a bodybuilding competition now.
Ha Ha! Just wanted to share that "first" in my life.
