buff journal routine

hey guys i need a good journal routine, can anybody set one up for me?, monday through friday, my gym has every machine i just need to know what part for what day,

Well I doubt you want to work out every day.

Whereabouts are you in your training? How long have you been training for and how experienced are you?

You could go for a Push/Pull routine which I know works for a lot of people. Or you could go for a bodypart split.

Also, your gym might have every machine, but does it have, a bench, possibly an incline bench, a smith machine, a squat rack and plenty of free weights? Because no matter what you're going to want to be doing Deadlifts, Flat Benches, Squats and some shoulder work.

yes the gym has all that equipment, ive been training for a 7 months or so, i have had a trainer that has shown me how to use the equipment the proper way, and something like a push/pull routine seems good

Stop being lazy and look at the training section. People always seem to want things handed to them. Look into the training section and look at my sticky at the top of the page.
